Al Jazeera made a documentary in Osh city 3 years later after ethnic clashes, which took place in the south of Kyrgyzstan in June 2010.
Documentary mentioned a positive role of public television and radio company “Yntymak” which kept informing Uzbek speaking population of Osh city during June events when all Uzbek-language media were shut down.
Yntymak was found in the framework of Internews project with the assistance of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in order to strengthen harmony between population with different national and ethnic background.
