“News block and educational programs of OTRK and ELTR is broadcasted at the same time, is it possible to change the schedule of broadcasts? I do not watch TV for example, now I can watch news through social networks. The program “Kүndүn Temasy” is broadcasted at the daytime, when most of people at work and have not a chance to watch it. Maybe there were discussed topics that are interesting to us. Perhaps the programs transmissed at the daytime would be relevant to view in the evening,”- suggested resident of Leilek district Chyngyz Tazhibayev.
Local residents also believe that OTRK should inform more about the transition to digital broadcasting. Participants of the meeting stated that they know little about it.
